Are there any hidden charges?
No. LKR 40,000 covers the complete registration for a Private Limited company with one local director — name reservation, document preparation, ROC filing, your Certificate of Incorporation, and the Beneficial Ownership filings (BO Form 01 & BO Form 05) every new company must submit. If your situation needs anything beyond the standard package (for example, foreign shareholders), we quote it clearly in writing before any work begins.
How long does registration take?
Typically 10 working days from when we receive your completed details and documents. Name-reservation approval times at the ROC can occasionally extend this, and we'll keep you informed if so.
Do I need to visit your office or the ROC?
No. The entire process — form, document upload, payment, and delivery of your certificate — happens online. That's the point of BeeHoney.
What documents do I need to provide?
Copies of the NIC (or passport) for each director and shareholder, the proposed company name, the registered office address, and a brief description of your business activity. Our online form walks you through each item.
What happens after my company is registered?
You'll receive your Certificate of Incorporation and company documents digitally, plus our post-registration checklist covering your first compliance obligations. If you want ongoing bookkeeping, tax or secretarial support, our sister firm Siska can take over from there.
